How we handle data.
Effective: 5 May 2026
StackLane, Inc. (“StackLane”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at stacklane.ai. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and your rights.
What we collect through this site
The site is informational. It contains no forms, no logins, no newsletter signup, and no payment processing. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information when you browse it.
If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to send — your address, your message, and any attachments — and retain that correspondence for as long as is reasonably needed to respond.
Cookies
The application sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly-necessary cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) for bot management and security challenges. These are exempt from consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) because they are strictly necessary for the requested service.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting and cookieless. It records aggregated, anonymized metrics such as page views, browser type, and country, without setting cookies, fingerprinting devices, or storing identifiers that could be tied back to you. Cloudflare’s data practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade information about you. We do not use advertising networks or marketing pixels.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, EEA, or California, you have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, which in our case is limited primarily to email correspondence. To exercise any right, contact us.
Changes
We may update this page. The effective date above tracks the most recent revision.
