Stacklane, Inc. (“Stacklane”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at stacklane.ai. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and your rights.

What we collect through this site

The site is informational. It has no account registration or payment processing. When you submit a project enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company, service of interest, and the project details you provide. We save the enquiry and send a notification to our business inbox so we can review it and reply to you. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or confidential customer records.

Enquiries and scheduling

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores submitted enquiries. Microsoft 365 provides our business email and appointment scheduling. If you follow a booking link, Microsoft collects the contact information and appointment details you enter and sends calendar notifications. Booking a call is optional.

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare for a conversation, and manage any resulting work. We retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry by emailing hello@stacklane.ai.

If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to send — your address, your message, and any attachments — and retain that correspondence for as long as is reasonably needed to respond.

Cookies

The application sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information for security. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Security services may use cookies or browser signals to perform these checks. Microsoft manages cookies and processing on its separate booking pages under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting and cookieless. It records aggregated, anonymized metrics such as page views, browser type, and country, without setting cookies, fingerprinting devices, or storing identifiers that could be tied back to you. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade information about you. We do not use advertising networks or marketing pixels.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, EEA, or California, you have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, including your enquiries, email correspondence, and appointment information. To exercise any right, contact us.
